What to Include in Your Email

Please briefly describe your question or the assistance you need. For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can find the relevant purchase.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, photographs of the item and packaging can help us understand the issue. For questions before purchasing, include the product name or a link to its page.

Please do not email passwords, full payment card numbers, or card security codes.

Help with an Order

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, email us promptly. We will check the order’s progress and explain whether the requested change is still possible. Sending a request does not guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped.

For delayed shipments, tracking concerns, or a parcel you cannot locate, contact us with your order number and the available delivery details. We will review the situation and work with the relevant delivery or fulfillment provider where needed. A tracking status of “Delivered” does not, by itself, close an inquiry about a missing parcel.

Arranging a Return
